We could use (2) of the canopy-type tents to use at check-in on Sunday. I would like to get them before Sunday so we can set up early (unless someone wants to come early to put their tent up….that would be the best!). If the family could wait until we finish check-in, take down the tent and take it home that would be good. Please contact Edie Fitzpatrick at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Band Camp departure is this Sunday at Geisler. Be there no later than 11:00 a.m. (earlier if you are front ensemble or drumline) to check in your student, turn in your instrument section snack. The students take a bus to camp but parents must pick up their students this Friday after the 7:00 p.m. concert.
Please see attachments: What to Pack for camp and Directions to Camp
